Account Manager

Faith has over a decade of experience in government and community affairs. She has extensive knowledge on a variety of issues including, affordable housing, transportation, water, storm water, land use, environmental issues and economic development. Her strengths lie in her ability to build powerful coalitions, community relationships and experience with all levels of government.

Prior to joining Bartell & Associates, Faith was the Associate Director of Local Government Affairs at Biocom where she lead the local advocacy efforts of the San Diego life science industry and represented more than 560 client companies. She represented a diverse array of companies, such as biotechnology, medical device, research institutions, universities, green biofuels and their service providers. During that time, she received several awards and was nominated to serve on the City of San Diego’s Water Policy Implementation Task Force, the Affordable Housing Task Force and the Mayor’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Faith has provided representation at the following organizations and coalitions: the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, San Diego JOBS Coalition, Industrial Environmental Association, Water Reliability Coalition, San Diego EDC, Connect, CleanTech and the San Diego Taxpayers Association.

Faith’s passion for government affairs was cultivated during her enrollment at San Diego State University where she was a double majored in Political Science and International Security & Conflict Resolution (ISCOR).
