Adrian Kwiatkowski is an experienced government and community relations professional with a career spanning over 15 years. He has distinguished himself with his expert knowledge of local, state and federal government public policy in addition to his media acumen. Adrian helps clients that need to keep abreast of the constantly changing political and business environment. In addition, he has a keen understanding of the San Diego political landscape and has developed strong relationships with many of the regions key decision makers.

Prior to joining Bartell & Associates as vice president, Adrian was the vice president of government and public affairs at The Monger Company — a firm that he was with for over 10 years. During that time, he was the project manager for numerous high profile controversial public policy campaigns, including the San Diego Needle Exchange Program, the San Diego Strong Mayor Campaign and the NO on Proposition B, 10th Avenue Marine Terminal Development Campaign. He also provided pro-bono political and strategic consulting to the San Diego chapter of the American Lung Association in advocating for the successful Smoke Free Beaches and Parks ordinance. Adrian has had extensive experience representing high profile clients and their projects such as General Dynamics NASSCO, Carnival Corporation & Plc and The Corky McMillin Companies.

Adrian has an extensive portfolio of community involvement, awards and honors. In 1996, he was the Democratic Party nominee for the California State Assembly, 75th District. In 2007, he was nominated to serve on the City of San Diego Charter Review Committee by the Mayor and the City Council. His representative leadership roles include the following organizations: Downtown San Diego Partnership, Rancho Penasquitos Town Council, San Diego Community Leaders Council, San Diego 2000 — City Charter Group, San Diego Charter Change Committee, San Diego County Taxpayers Association, Social Advocates for Youth (SAY) San Diego, City of San Diego Elections Task Force and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
